If I had a 150G, could I do a shark and a ray..if so how do you set the tank up? The shark would be a lot smaller then the ray(cali ray), would that make a difference once the shark got a little larger? Just curious if anyone here has a shark and ray tank.

for those 2 you would probably need at least a 250 gallon tank or a tank of the same gallonage with a bigger foot print

well I figured if he gets to big I'll find him a nice home. I am waiting to find out if this guy is gonna sell his 150g. If so then I may get it. When/If I do then that will be his home.

i agree with the rest i had a shark & ray tank in a 350 and that became croweded but if you really want to you can make it work but its not gonna be safe for the fish. If someone could tell me how to post pics on here i can show a few of my old tank with rays and sharks.

i think iw as the only one that had 2 cali rays in my 300 , the reason i gave them away wasnt because of their size,, my 300 was perfect for them but due to the fact that they need cold temperatures to strive.. cali rays are a cold water species that require a chiller which emeans you have to keep other cold water animals with them
