Shark Disease?

I have a grey smoothhound shark. I have had him for about 1 month now, and just the other day I noticed white spots or bloches taht started to develop by his rear fin. I cannot find out what it is and its very difficult to get a picture he doesn't sit still. Anyone have any thought?
Ich maybe? But i know it doesn't look likje that. Its just on the rear fin/tail area and its blochy white spots.

Start by giving water parameters. Then tell us what kind of tank you have him in. What you feed him etc etc need a little bit more information. (I also see this turning out bad)
