shark/heater ??

I just got one of those stainless steel heaters for my tank and i just realized that u have to avoid metal with sharks...so does this heater pose a threat to my coral catshark?

are you running a sump on your his tank? if so i would place the heater in the sump vs the the tank

Yeah, I agree. I can't imagine keep a tank with a shark in it without a sump anyway.

yeah i have a sump but the sump is shaped wierd and i cant fit a big enough heater in it anywhere. All the compartments of it are too small for a heater needed to heat a 125gal/..but the heater wont be a problem?
