none, but keep a bottle of amquel plus on hand just in case you get a spike in your levels.

In short it
1. Makes chlorine/chloramine safe
2. Removes ammonia,nitrite,nitrate
3. Helps buffer pH, and buffering capacity
I believe it does all of these, I could be mistaken.
You can get it from most any online supplier. It is manufactured by a company called Kordon.
Get the amquel plus, it is much better than the standard amquel

hey i used ammo lok on my shark tank a week ago cause i had a little ammonia and i heard that it makes ur ammonia reading screwed up..cause right now my nitrites are at 0 and my nitrates are at 20..and my ammonia reading is around .25 but shouldnt there be nitrites and no ammonia at this point because my nitrites already went up a little and came back down..

yeah, it does a great job. It keeps my PH stable. It may just be me, but when I add it, my water looks a lot clearer......crystal clear like the fish are flying. That could be my imagination though.
