shark question

i wanna buy a cat shark it just hatceh i have 20 pounds of live rock and a 55 gallon tank its been cycled from my 90 reef so i am ready can any ony tell me if that shark is ok for that size tank untill i upgrade

I can't tell you from experience, only from what I've read. I know that they need at least 180 gallons once full grown and that they are extremely sensitive to water quality. HTH.

if your upgrade is gonna be soon, then maybe, but moving fish, esp sharks is stressful and not always easy. so I would reccomend not doing it, otherwise, i am gonna move thsi to the aggresive forum, where you can get better expsure to the audiance you may want.
