shark tank filtration

If you were going to have a 600 gallon shark tank. What would be the best set-up to keep the water clean but not to have to clean it out every week. I got a price of a 700 gallon tank from a custom aquarium dealer with the filtration and everything for 23000 dollars. I thought that was too much. I was just wondering if you all had any idead. A fully setup acrylic tank that size, that sounds about right give or take a couple thousand.
