get a styrafoam box, bag the fish up while putting oxygen tablets in the bag and some stress coat wouldn't hurt. also get some warming pads(make sure they don't get too warm though, and ship them as fast as you can.

you might need cooling packs not heat packs, ours come with a cool pack. Make sure all bags fit tightly, if you have extra space, fill bags without fish/inverts so the fish/invert bags don't move around much.
