These fish are packed, sealed and sent on the truck within 1 hour to their traveling destination. this is how the LPS get them as well. As long as you QUARANTINE and acclimate them correctly they will do great.
I have heard of some animals arriving dead - That's why SWF.com has a guarantee.
I have also heard that the animals are much larger than expected and ready to swim about.
