shipping question

Hello, I am fairly new here and I would like to order some fish from this site. My local pet store has a limited variety of salt water fish so I want to try to order from here. My question is: How are the fish shipped and how can I make sure that I will be here when they arrive. I am sure that some of you out there have some experience in this and I would appreciate any information. Thank you.

They are shipped overnite with FedEx. When you order you can specify delivery date-I have. Everything comes in it's own bag alive and kicking. I have never had anything show up that wasn't alive. You won't be dissapointed.

I just got my order from Saltwaterfish.com

and I am delited that I spent the money here. Anyways the order was shipped fedex and I used my tracking # that was provided and went to fedex.com and they give you an estimated deliverytime ex: mine was 10:30am. Sence this was my first order I cant say what the window is cause I actually got it at 9:30am so it was out in the Texas heat for 30min. I thought I had lost them but when I opened the box in a dim room and noticed they had put cooling packs in there I knew I was ok. After following the aclimation instuctions everyone was in my tank and happy as ... Well fish in saltwater . :happy:

I would highly suggest this site as well. I ordered a few days in advance and told them the day I needed them to be delivered. Make sure to FOLLOW the acclimation instructions, they know what they are talking about. I was worried about my puffer, but he pulled through just like they said he would. All five are eating and doing great.
