Shipping Question

Is it okay for zoas to be shipped 2-3 day?
What about mushrooms?
What about xenia?
Last question: How should I ship encrusting gorgonian briareum? I was wondering if I should actually ship it with water of if I should just put it in some wet paper towels?

I think zoos are O.K. 2-3 days and mushrooms too but the less time the better.
