So it's not advised to have fish shipped in temps under 40 degrees but i was hoping that you guys can give me some reassuring words so i can go ahead and place an order and finally get some more fish for my 300g. (It only has three green chromi and a ton of inverts. Ready for the fish!)

I placed an order this past Monday and it arrived on Wed. Everyday this week was below 20 at the hottest. My box came packed with heat pads inside. So.... is it recommended? Not really, but it is possible.

Excellent Question seeing as I'm in Alaska, I have the same question although I haven't ordered anything yet, I'm a big believer in planning ahead, if the info about the temp is correct, I'm not going to be able to order anything until like June! Dang!

Do you guys think i should just bite the bullet and order for better or for worst. If i order and its under 40 Degrees i lose the alive guarantee.

If they ship heatpacks with it then its not so bad, but check the weather for the next few days (being that I am right next door in West Orange yours will be the same as mine)
Wed
Jan 24 Mostly Cloudy
42°/26°
The high is right around the mark, so maybe, just don't order any super delicate or expensive fish and see how it goes. If you aren't in a hurry, then wait for the next heatwave.
