Should I be worried?

I did a water test just now and I'm showing .25 ammonia. The rest are as follows:
PH=8.2
Temp=80
Salt=1.023
Nitrite=0
Nitrate=0
Alk=3
Calcium=450
I tested it twice to be sure (with two diff kits)I did take one of the Emporer 400 filters off this morning, but I can't see that causing it. Would it? So now I have 1 filter, 50# LR, and a mix of CC and LS. Skimmer is useless Seaclone that I have got nothing out of in the past 3 weeks I've had it. Any ideas?

Removing that filter could have put your tank into a mini RECYCLE to replace the bacteria it lost with that filter.Watch the readings very closly for the next week or two.
