should i get a powerhead?

i have a canister filter in my 60 gallon.. should i get a powerhead for better water flow and would 1 power head be enough?

I recommend two or maybe three Maxi jet 900 power heads. Two at least on each back cornor of the tank pointing towards the middle front. The third could be used for mixing saltwater and used anytime you would like more circulation in the tank.
So the answer is YES, IMO.

If you just have the cannister for water flow then yes get a powerhead. MaxiJet 900's sound about right for a 60. At least two for the tank.

Be sure to get the 900s rather than 1200s. They are similar in GPH, but the 1200 sucks much more money into your power bill than the 900.
Also...please don't waste your money on Rio powerheads. You'll only be trashing them a couple of weeks down the road and buying Maxi-Jets anyway.
