college first .. no questions.. more doors will open - even those you dont know about .. If you dont go to college, you'll severly delay your education and past off opportunities ...

Well it seems like i'm only good at marine stuff...nothing else. I really cant be a engineer cause i SUCK big time at that kind of math. It seems like everything out there that pays good money you have too be a math expert. So that is why i choose marine biology, cause its something i loved when i was little and doesn't really require the math of a engineer.

Definitely go to college first. One things for sure, college never hurt anyone. If you do it now it'll eliminate any question later in life, looking back, wondering if you should have gone or not. Doors can be opened that you never even knew were there. Talking with the counselors is certainly a good idea, but you will be amazed at how much you can learn from all the different people of varying backgrounds and goals, students and professors alike. Even if you stick with the marine biology, you're sure to find options and avenues that you never even dreamed of. On a side note, I think you'll also be surprised how much easier some of these things you "think" you're no good at will come to you later in life. Sometimes it's more of an acquired interest in the application that can make things come easier. Talk to and listen to as many people as you can to get the broadest scope possible, you'll do fine.

Definitely college... what if Marine Biology doesn't work out for you? With a degree, you can have as many options as you want. If you don't go, your eggs are all in one basket... so to speak.
Not to mention the obvious... college is the best time of your life if you do it when you're young? Parties, girls, maybe the occasional classes... if you don't want to go to college, I'll go again in your place. LOL

benefits are generally health ins., malpractice ins., maybe dental

$350 an hour... sounds good if you can get it... do the math, 40 hrs per week at $350 per... generally those fees are from the big firms. If you work for the big firm, they collect the fees and you get salary.

Oh yeah... it's hard. But you generally have about 3 months to study... full time. 7-8 hrs of studying per day for 3 months= a lot of time to prepare.
