Should I soak Nori?

I've actually got two feeding questions:
I picked up a 3" Naso last week and so far the only thing he'll eat is Nori. I'm not that concerned because he goes thru 2 3-4" sheets (in the clip) per day. But I'm wondering if I should be soaking it before putting it in the tank? It obviously rehydrates while in the tank, but it doesn't happen rightaway.
My other question is...my porky puffer ONLY eats Tetra jumbo freeze dried shrimp. In the past 7 months I've tried flake, pellet, freeze-dried worms, and frozen but he won't touch it. The really weird part is...he won't even eat any other kind of shrimp. I've tried SF Bay brand freeze-dried krill and he actually spits it out (after initially being suckered into eating it) and swims away. Anybody else ever have a fish who would only eat a particular BRAND of food??

My porky will eat anything he can get in his mouth. (Even my blue damsel, although it has made it through 2 good bites so far.) My spiney box puffer, on the other hand, will only eat Tetra freeze dried kreel. Guess fish are just like kids... some eat anything, and some eat nothing!!!

It can not hurt to soak the nori it can only help by giving the tang that much more of the vitamens that it needs.
