It's a Blue Ribbon Eeel, and he is 3 feet long! It changes colors from black, to blue/yellow, to yellow. The more space the better, however I kept him in a 90g for a few months before, and he wasn't active at all. Then I downsized to a smaller tank, and have decided to keep him. Now, just so you know 99% of them die in captivity due to not eating. It took me about couple of weeks, a few hours a day to get this guy to eat. He only eats when he is inside the pvc(I have one burried under the sand).

Thanks! Not long, about 5 months or so. The rock, and sand I had for over a year...

I just asked a question in nano tanks wondering how well this tank was built... I was planning on getting an Aquapod HQI myself... So I was wondering if you could help me out. The lighting seems great... Hows the filtration system? Do you have a heater? Has it been reliable? I would really appreciate any experiences you've had with it or any advice... Thanks, Lance
Your tank makes me deffinately want to get one

Sure...
I am happy with it, however the only reason why I got one was a price. I found mine for $140.00 (all in) with regular lights. I upgraded to MH lighting later. If I were you I would get the 29g Biocube because of 5 extra gallons, and upgrade the lights now or later depending on your financial situation.
The cube doesn't come in with heater so you have to buy it separately.
I also bought one of those hang on refugiums with a skimmer which I highly recommend. It wasn't cheap, but it will keep your corals happy, and you will be able to keep more fish because of the extra filtration.
I also decided to buy a chiller to keep the temperature steady.
As for filtration, I only keep a sponge in there...
Just so you know I am not an expert and I am still learning.

I would say go with the 29gal biocube!! this is how I have mine set up, i got a light upgrade from 2 PC bulbs to 4 PC bulbs it not as much as here but it works, i have a oceanic skimmer and a heater in the 1st chamber turned the 2nd chanber into a little fuge and put a little clip on light on there and the only thing in the 3rd chamber is the return pump.. and i love my setup and it works GREAT.
