Im turning my tank into a reef tank....and I would like to see some ideas to help me out.....tommorow my live rock is comming in....and my tank has been running for 3 years this christmas and I have my residents and all happy and healthy and now its the next step....renovation....so some pics could help me out with some ideas.....thanks......

LTA in the back
Zoa's
2 Neon kenya tree frags (from big tank)
Wellsi
Long tentacle plate
mushrooms
there's a red lobophylia in the back corner

Looks good. I wish I could find a Maroon that would get along with the one I have now. What lighting are you running? MH?

My female maroon is wicked! That is her tank! She used to chase my 7" tang around when they were in the big tank
No MH, just running the stock lights (2x36w pcs + actinics)

How long have you had the BTA with that lighting? My Maroon would chase my Yellow all day if the Tang would give her a reason. She is starting to get really mean about her Rose Bubble Tip, and I just got the RBT 2 days ago!!

From what I have seen, maroons get real agressive in smaller tanks and also their anemone.

She has always tolerated me. I think she knows I am the one that feeds her. No one else sticks their hands in my tanks so I do not know how she would react to someone else. I'll have to have the wife scrub some algae tomorrow. . . lol
Heres a FTS, its a 55gal so it is a little out of scale compared to yours, but I just did a Rock wall. I would look into smashing some of the rock and making some small caves for fish to swim through. I wish I would have done something like that.

I personally dont have a computer at home or a digital camera but take a look at Demartini's 8g and 12g nano and also PerfectDark's 29g tank Ill try to find links, they are the best ive seen.

I cant see yours I get the little boxes with the x int it oh well Im sure it looks amazing thanks guys....keep sending....Im starting to get an idea.....

thats great...thanks guys....does anyone have a picture of one with a lot of caves and shelfs and caverns.....just curious....
