hahaha...a year give me 3 months and I will probably have gone on another Aussie Acan binge and have them all over the tank and it be all done up..thats my problem

.Thought it'd be a cool thread if enough people did it.I think its cool to see all the tanks go thru changes.So harley,what happen to the coral substitutes?Do they get pretty rough looking after awhile?I actually thought about getting some.Would you say yes or no?Thanks...

Looks good .Thanks...Alot of changes!So you could'nt make up your mind about sand or no sand,that must be alot of work...All in all your Dec. 08 pic looks great

They do get rough looking. They are downstairs in a box. Actually the red one that was in the forefront on the first picture is still in there but now covered in coraline. I've marked it with a red spot on the pics.

Feb 2007 -- Done Cycling
Aug 2007 -- First attempt, fish only. All fish finished adding. Tank crashed from a Ich/Marine Velvet outbreak on a weekend I was away. All fish were lost. 2 pro tips, always QT new additions. Never add a new fish if you plan to be away for a bit. Couple of vids I've posted before.
Dec 2006 -- Starting Out

Dec 2007 -- 3 months without fish. Tank looks like the epicenter of depression. If I didn't have my 29 at the time, I probably would have gotten out of the hobby. Losing the fish was big time tough for me. Recycling after trying to get tank into hypo to save the Panther Grouper and Domino Damsel. They were the only fish left, but they eventually died as well before I reached hypo. Tank recycled a bit after coming back. Tank went about 3 months fishless.
Feb 2008 --Attempt #2 (and still going strong) 3 fish added. A Naso QT'ed over X-mas that year, and a Blueface Angel and Blue Spot puffer added in Feb.
June 2008 -- 2 more fish attempted. A Harlequin Tusk (again) and a Goldbar Wrasse. The Harlequin later died in QT from cyanide poisioning. The Goldbar had to be removed due to aggression with the Blueface Angel. BTA and couple SPS pieces added.
Aug 2008 -- More fish, Clownfish pair, Leopard Wrasse and multiple photosynthetic gorgonians as well.
Today -- Err, Christmas. 2 more fish added, Sargassum Trigger, and Rock Beauty Angel.

Aquaknight ,no worries,i have a ton of pics too.Thats why i started this thread,i knew more of us out there had pics from day one.I think its cool to go open your SW-fish folder and see how far things had come.Nice looking tank and stand too....Your coralline sure bloomed nice,my blue tuxedo munches mine down
