showerhead filter and 30 gal trashcan????

I have a showerhead filter that is supposed to remove chlorine,,do I still add dechlor to my water,,,,(this is temporary til I get an RO system),,,surely some filtering is better than none,,right????????It was bought from a health food store to remove chlorine and other chemicals for your shower, cuz these things are supposed to be bad for your body,,,,,,
Next I want to use a 30 gal trash can for my water changes and was wondering if anyone has bought one with wheels and how well it will roll with that much water in it,,,,also how could I make a water pump to pump the water from the can to the tank,,,I am getting tierd of lifting 5 gallon buckets at a time????????????thanks for your input,,,,,

Personally I would not add the dechlor. I like to age my water for a day or so with a powerhead or air pump running in it. Brute make a set of wheels for their trash cans. They work pretty well but they are kind of expensive.
If you do not want to carry buckets another option is to pump the water to your tank. That is the way I do it and it is a lot less messy. The only downside is rolling the hose up and storing it.

Should never use tap water even if you treat it with chems, only asking for trouble down the road IMO. You can buy RO from a grocery store or WallMart, ect....
I use a heavy duty dolly under my 45g trash can, dont trust the can wheels myself....
Just hook a long enough hose to to strong enough powerhead for pumping the water.
I got tired of lugging water jugs pretty quickly too.....
