Shrimp biting Gold banded maroon clown??

i saw this white shrimp with two green dots in my tank and thought nothing of it til i saw a bite mark on my gbmc and then one day i saw the shrimp on the clowns tail and the clown swimming all over the place, so i scooped the the gbmc out and got the shrimp off. After this i saw another one and tried to get him out to no avail. what is this little menacing creature. it doesnt have any big claws really small.

Maybe a salt water flea??? I dont know though for sure.

how big was this shrimp and can you give more detail on it's description?maybe, the claws, does it have front appendages, that fold kinda like a praying mantis?, and it's eyes and antennae too, how bout soem detail on it's tail too?
either a pic or some more detail may help out a bit
