What are your water parameters and salinity? how were the shrimp introduced, what size tank do u have and what else is in there, AND 100% they arent molts?

A molt will be an exact copy of the original, just no guts, white things? can i see a pic or can you describe them a little?

COULD be pods,, but pods are usually found in older established tanks with alot of live rock and/or a refugium. they are very beneficial

I think your shrimp molted. Mine tend to molt pretty close together. 2 weks ago, everything in my tank molted in the same night. Shrimp, Lobster, and crabs. It was weird.
