Shrimp Killer?

When I woke up this morning I took my ritualistic eyeing of my tank and saw an arm and claw from my coral banded shrimp in front. At first I thought it might just be it's molt, but upon further investigation it is not. My question is, would a snowflake eel eat my shrimp? They have been living in harmony for quite a while. The only thing that has changed in the tank is that I added a cleaner shrimp two days ago. He is also gone this morning.
Anyone have experience with this? I really like having those two shrimp, but don't want to get two more if they are just going to be eaten.

Aww that's a drag. I'm really looking to have cleaner shrimp and the other day I was sifting thru some live rock at the LFS and saw a snowflake eel in one of the rocks ; ) That's a really beautiful creature - it would be really cool to have both.
So generally speaking what animals can/cannot get along with these two creatures (snowflake eel and cleaner/cbs)?
