SHRIMP MOBILITY

i got a cleaner about 3 days ago and well he only hangs under the same rock upside down for like the whole day. may come out once every 2 hoyrs for like 30 seconds. he comes out and goes crazy when feeding time comes though. is this weird behavior taht he stays under the same rock upside down for most of his time?

thats perfectly normal, its a cleaner shrimp right? besides not being used to the tank, cleaner shrimps set up a "shop" area where the fish will learn to come and get cleaned by the shrimp "A.K.A. Cleaner shrimp"
