shrimp molted

My coral banded shrimp molted last night. It was really cool to watch!
One question: SHould I take out the old exoskeleton? Or can I leave it in there?

Nah, I would just leave it. Supposedly its a good source of calcium for the other inhabitants of the tank. My shrimp molt about once every three weeks and I usually just leave the sheddings in the tank.
Your lucky, I've never seen my shrimp or crabs molt. They usually do it after hours when the lights are out.

I agree to leave it in for them to eat and get more calcium out of it.
