Shroom Question?

I have 2 rather large shroom rocks, many different types and colors, I'm wondering about any more info I can get on how to maintain them?
Right now they are great and I don't want to see anything go wrong. I have started siphoning off the gorgonians every 3-4 days, keep my water quality at its best (levels), and this morning moved a Ph as to give them a more direct current.
any help or suggestions is appreciated...thanks
BTW, the tank is holding 2 large shroom colonies, 4 gorgonians, black polyps, 1 orange sponge, tomato(or maroon) clownfish and a clown trigger............42lbs L/R and 2" L/S

Watch the current because shrooms usually do not like direct current. If there not happy with the current they will pop of the rock and float around you tank to find another spot. This can lead them to getting lost and dieing... Also not all shrooms like direct light. If you could list what type of shrooms you have it could help with your questions.

Shrooms pretty easy to care for, they do well under many different conditions and as long as your water quality and equipment is up to par you shouldnt have a problem. Gorgonians on the other hand can be quite hard to care for, most need a good amount of current to rid them of sediment and algae buildup, as well as needing large amounts of food. Some gorgonians are highly photosynthetic, the ones with coloered polyps are said to require intense lighting. I would research the gorgonian you have and try to figure out what its requirements are. Clown triggers can become very territorial and extremely aggresive, they can also grow quite large and outgrow smaller tanks. HTH
