just wondering if anyone else had a nexperience with a shy false perc clown i got two the other day one bigger one smaller the bigger one is alittle lighter is this because its sick or are some just a lighter color? its color is still bright though. also ive noticed the bigger one tends to hide behind some rocks whenever someone is near the tank and the smaller one comes right to the front kinda funny cause the little one will back up and come forward if you move your finger towards and away from the tank

Well, it could be the way they were raised, the one that comes to the front of the tank could be tank raised and think he's gettin fed while the other could be a natural fish and fear anything that moves.
You say the one may be sick, what do you have in case he is? Do you have a UV sterilizer or do u use chemicals?

i dont think she is just wondering if her lighter shade of color and being shy might indicate something

my tomato clown was shy for quite some time too. it just takes a while for them to get used to their new home. give it some time and hopefully all will be fine...
