Sick anthias....

Help! My pink square anthias is sick. The appetite is healthy...i feed four times a day and it chows down but it looks like its body is all scratched up. Like each day the white patch on it gets bigger and bigger. Like its peeling. What is this a sign of? How do i treat it?
Note: Every feeding is soaked with garlic and selcon to hopefully assist the healing.
Also...i have corals to any medication has to be reef safe.
