sick clown fish

i am not at home right now so i can't post any pics, but i bought a clown fish two weeks ago and it had a red bump under its mouth (maybe from a fight) but it since started getting what looked like white blisters in the bump and they spread to the side of its mouth, it keeps its mouth open all the time and i can see some swelling in its mouth as well, i also have not seen it eat but i have seen it poop ( so it has to be eating something) I put it into a qt tank 3 days ago and all it will do is lay on top of the water at the heater. its mouth now looks like it is peeling.
what can i do for "bella" ????
i am also using ???/GREEN and mot?? the bottle says its good for infections and parisites and ick etc (again i am not home to read what the med is called from the bottle)

It sounds like you don't have a quarantine tank? Let us know the actual names of the meds you are using, and post a picture when you can.
