Sick Clown!!

I posted in the clown forum but haven't heard a thing.......
My clown is almost on his side....looks like ich....got a cleaner shrimp but he hasn't found my affected clown.
I have no QT tank. I can't treat with hypo or copper - have inverts...
Do I just watch him die? Take him out now and flush? I don't really want to do that in case there IS a chance, but he's looking progressively worse.
Can't ANYONE give me advice? I've been waiting all day....

Can you post a picture of the clown?
I don't feel that I'm experienced enough to give you information on getting rid of ich but others might ask for a photo to confirm that you have diagnosed the problem correctly.

I'm not understanding why you can't treat if you have a QT? How many other fish have been exposed to the ich now?
