sick Clown

I have false percula clown, and he has grown what looks like a bubble between hismouth and gill, below is eye. It is the same color as his skin. it jsut looks like a bubble. It has sense broken, and has some chunky skin left. Sorry I dont' have a picture for you. Does anyone know what that is any help will be great Thank you
