Sick Clownfish... I think

This particular clownfish has not eaten for the past two days. Note the scaring in the white stripe behind his eye in the picture below. This scaring is limited to that white stripe. I assume this is some sort of illness? My first thought was "Hole in the head disease." What do you guys think? How should I treat him? Contagious? I should also mention that I just took a CBS back to my lfs becuase he was snapping at my clownfish. So, I suppose this could be injuries inflicted by the CBS.
Here are my tank's vitals:
Ammonia = 0
Nitrite = 0
Nitrate = <10ppm
Salinity/SG = 1.023
Temperature = 79F

Is there actually flesh wound there? It looks more like redness, which commonly happens in the white stripe area of clowns when they are stressed.
Has the fish not been eating since you returned the CBS? If so, lets see if he improves now that the cbs is gone.

Upon closer look, you're right. It is redness. He was eating until I bought the CBS. I guess I made a smart decision when I returned the CBS. Very good Beth! I guess that's why you are a "Shark." Thanks so much for your help!
