sick clownfish

I have a clownfish with a swollen bottom lip and its mouth is open. Is breathing regularly, and does not act sick. Won't eat or come out of its anemone. Should I be worried and how do I treat it. I have had this fish for two months.

Did it get a cut on his lip that could be infected. If you can post a pic. How long did it take to get like that and how long has it been like that. Post a pic if you can.
