sick colt coral

First, no digital, no photo. I have a colt coral which I have had for a couple weeks. It was fine but recently it's slumped over and the ends of the polyps are turning darker. Does this mean it's on it's way out? Water parameters are just fine, nothing eats it, and it's not near any other corals.
I've kept in on the substrate where the LFS advised and it gets moderate water movement.
Thanks for any help.

The problem seemed to have been solved. I had an outburst of bubbles in the tank which the colt obviously didn't like. The bubbles settled down and I moved it up a little and now it's doing just fine. Color is back to normal and it's straightening up more, still a little slumped but I've read that is normal.
Thanks.
