sick fish dont know what to do

someone just gave me a salfin tang who is sick with hlle and i dont know what to do here is a picture

Yep, HLLE, but it is not the worst case I've seen. Give some info about what type of tank you have, water readings, what else is in the tank, etc.

it is in a 300 gallon tank and the water is fine it is with a spiny box puffer . but the people who gave me this fish dont know very much about fish and there water turned yellow and every thing but the tang died so they gave it to us and it already had hlle before we got it i just dont know the best way to treat it
