Sick fish I need help fast!!

No matter what I do my fish do not get any better it is amazing what can happen in one week. Yesterday 2 tangs died of ich, I have 1 grouper darting around the tank, a lion fish who appears to have ich today, another grouper who is having troubles breathing and two triggers I am beginning to worry about. I don't have an extra tank set up (stupid). What can I do to try to save the remaining fish?

One thing, bring the SL level up slowly! Lowering can be 36-48 hrs but raise over a week or so!
Keep at 1.009 for 30 days and the ich will die off.

You can only perform hyposalinity in a FO tank. If you tank has LR or LS, or any inverts, you can not do hyposalinity, or, for that matter, offer any effective treatment to the fish in the main tank.
