Sick/Injured Gramma

Here are a couple of photos of my Royal Gramma. He has, for llack of a better term, what looks like a zit on his left eye. He has no behavior that indicates an illness, he is active and eats well. He is not scraping the rocks or seeking the cleaner shrimp.
Any Ideas?

It is hard to say. If I have to say one way or the other, I wold say that it is distended.

from the 1st pic it does look as though its poped out (popeye), but is there also a growth on it? I saw a white spot on the poped eye also.

It does look like popeye. How long have you had the fish? What kind of tank is it in? What are your water readings? Do you have a hospital tank?
