Sick Lion Fish Part 2

I have read the advice give by some people on the board and would like to update my situation. Over the past 3 weeks I have tried feeding the lionfish some live guppies, small goldfish and whatever the LPS advised me to try. With regard to the conditions of the water, they are all normal, and I just did a water change this past week. I also have a yellow tang, a tomato clown and a box fish which all are very healty. The problem I have now is that I just checked on the lionfish and noticed a hole right on top of his head kind of where his neck would be. This same sort of thing occurred with the previous lionfish that I had. If someone could, Can you please advise me if this some sort of disease that occurs in lionfish or how it can be cured Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Please describe the hole. Additionally, could it be that he is being harrassed by another fish? Is the tang swording him when you're not looking?
Unobtrusively observe your fish to see if harrassment is going on.

No the tang really does not go near the lionfish at all. The hole is a pretty good sized hole. I think I stated in my last post that the same exact thing happened to my previous lionfish. I asked my LPS and they said they had no idea what It could be. The hole is exacty where there was used to be I guess you can call them bony matters located right before the Fins on his back. Thank you for any sugestions
