Sick looking fish

I came home today to notice my clown is like staying toward the bottom of the tank very unusual for him. Usually he is very aggressive and moves around alot. I also noticed the the color in all my fish is faded and that some show signs of white spotty stuff on the fins. I am not sure what could be going on. Any ideas guys. It probably can be a million reasons but any help would be appreciated.

My advice would be to post your water parameters, your tank inhabitants and any history in the disease forum. Pics are good if you can post them.
Also, if you haven't seen it yet, take a look at the stickies posted on the top of the disease forum page. Lots of good info.
