Sick Misbar Percula Clownfish

I recently bought a clownfish and seems to be sick. At first he had the normal signs of stress due to being transported and placed into a new tank. Which is normal and thought he would get over it. But I looked closer and noticed he had a few spots on his tail fin. So I thought I would give a dose of Rid-Ich to my fish. When I did, his stomach turned blue from the dye while the other fishes stomach's did not. Also his feces (poop) is white and stringy. He also swims "sluggishly" and uses his head while doing it. Any suggestions?

~also notice those holes on its head, are they normal? my other fish have them but not as many.

Water quality is ok (ph, alkalinity, nitrate, calcium). about .5 nitrite but i have a new protein skimmer on its way, along with some plants.

sound like you have ick. And it looks like you have them in your DT not a QT.
Go to the diease form and read Beth's set up for QT tanks and treatments. This will help you alot. It sound like a new tank with first fish. If so you could move your LR to tupaware container with power head and heater and hypo your DT. If you have corals or anenomies best to move fish to QT tank. Rember all fish need to be treated don't leave any behind or the ick will never die off. Good luck

I'm begining to think this fish has a bacterial infection and not ich. The flash on the camera made the spots look as if they have white, maybe they do. But when eyeing the fish, they appear to be dark with slightly lighter in the center.
Oh, and those are bubbles on its dorsal.
Question:
Would Rid - Ich from Kordon be effective against bacterial infections?

No, rid ich would not be effective against a bacterial infection. The correct treatment is Maracyn 2 for SW fish. Be sure of what you are treating before you begin.

Sepulatain, your right about macaryn 2. I bought it today and used it in my QT with all my fish and about 25min after using a strong dose, they showed significant health regain. Thanks people.
