A white fluffy patch developed on the lower jaw of a percula clown and is know depositing long white fecal matter. I use a combination of flakes and brine and plan on keeping inverterbrates. What to do?

Sounds sort of like what my perculas have.
One has died and I do not know what it is.
It can not be ick becuase all the other fish have no visible illness.
The clowns started off with a few cotton like spots then more and more. The color of the fish faded and had a milky fucuss all over, lost scales, loss of appitite, loss of coordination and will to live.
I still have no idea what it is. The fish were tank raised.
Could it have been that disease that affects clowns, I don't remember the name but It has no current cure. A friend had a clown like that once and mine look sort of like that.

I used copper and Maryacen-2 once and it worked. My fish had been impossible to catch and it progressed until a do or die situation. Get a hospital tank! I hadn't used my hospital tank in 2 years, but was glad I had it.

I believe it was tank raised. The clown did great for 3/4 months then declined. Is the decline do to internal parasites. Thanks for your help.
