Sick Pericula

I have had this fish for about a year now and it has started to act "funny" here lately. It just lays on the bottom alot but eats good. It has started to turn a dark, almost black color, from the side fins up. I already treated with Kamyecin and it helped alittle but not much. Does anyone know what it might be and what I can do.

I had the same thing happen to my perculas. They eventually wasted away. At the end, there was an obvious gill swelling [on one gill]. I tried treating with antibiotics but nothing worked.
