Sick Porc-brown spots

my porcupine puffer seems to be getting sick. She doesn't have white spots, but brown spots on her tail fin. What is that? Her eyes are cloudy this morning. She ate just fine yesterday. What could be wrong? I've attached a photo. It's not the best, but you can kind of see the small brown spots on her tail fin.

Could well be the beginnings of a bacterial infection. Please take a look at the Thread at the top of this forum that details the info needed to post in this forum, then post back with more details.
Cute little fella.

Update: Moved the porc to a qt and added Melafix to help with infection, but I guess it was too far along as the fish is dead today.
This is the second porc puffer we've had die. All water params are ok and the other fish are thriving, so I don't know what else to try.

We would need a lot of details about your tank and the history of when you acquired the pork to help.
BTW: Melafix is a waste of money.

I tested the water again yesterday and the readings were:
Ammonia - 0-0.1
Nitrite - 0.1
Nitrate - 5
Ph 8.1
S.G. 1.025
Temp 81F
Tank is 6 weeks old.
Now the two Clarkii clowns are getting the same fin rot and cloudy eyes. Is this all be caused by the water quality? I did a 14% water change. I can do a larger water change today if this is a water quality issue.
Could this all be caused by a few small peices of krill that were stuck on the overflow prefilter sponge?
