Sick spiny boxfish?

Just bought a spiny Boxfish from the LFS and it puffs up 4 or 5 times a day. Its been a week so far, and he seems ok and eats as much as i feed him haha. I am new to the hobby and I am pretty anal about water conditions. Not sure if its normal and he is still getting used to the new water or if something is up. Also, in my specs below, Yes it does say 35 gal tank but it is only temporoary until i can get a bigger tank. PLEASE HELP!!! thanks.

How big is he and is anyone picking on him?
Was he ever removed from water when bagged at the LFS or during acclimation?

They don't usually puff up that often. Sounds like he is stressed. I don't want to jump to conclusions though. I am going to move this to aggressive to see if maybe they can help you out more. Don't be afraid to post back here though if any spots, redness, torn fins, etc occur!
