Sick tang, what is wrong?

I hope you can see the red spots on my poor tang from these pictures. Anyone have any clue as to what is wrong?

Yes, I can see them, now, what happened to cause this? Is this a new fish? Did something happen in the tank to stress the fish?
I would suggest removing the fish to a QT and doing an antibiotic treatment with Maracyn Two for Saltwaterfish.

This is not a new fish, I have had him for about 4 months, I have not added any new fish forever, and I can't think of anything that could of caused them stress. I tested the water, and everything is fine.

Could it be something caused from it's diet? What are you feeding it? I hope everything works out for you and your fish!
