My yellow tang has black aroung the gills and has been hiding and breathing heavey for the last two days. he was eating great before this but now won't eat. i think its black ich but not sure. i tried to get him from the tank, to no avail, to put him in the hospital tank. by the way i have a 80 gal reef, all water parameters are good. is black ich fatal and is there a way to treat in the reef tank so i don't have to dismantle it to get him out?
