i dont like this aches / pains junk.
i just loaded up on grapeseed extract, so i should be good to go later.
luckily, its "guys nite in"- just me and pooky, so we can chill without doing anything crazy.

I never really understood the whole aches and pains while being sick thing and would tease people about. But now being in my 30's I completely understand. It sucks.
