sickly clown

I've got a small percula swiming slowly in the lower corner of my tank. Just started doing it tonight. My tank is 5 weeks old, 65 gallons, 45lbs lr, 70lbs ls. I've got 4 hermits, 2 percula clowns (1 large, 1 small), one feather duster, one madarin goby. I know this is not the best mix for a new tank, but I inherited them from a friend (all except clowns). The large clown has been healthy all along (3 weeks), but I've already had one small clown die after 2 weeks and now this new small clown is showing the same signs after 6 days. Haven't noticed large clown being aggressive toward small clown at all. I don't have a QT setup. Been feeding them Prime Reef twice a day with Zoe supplement once a week. pH is 8.3, ammonia-0, nitrate-0, nitirite-0. Salinity 1.023. Any ideas...I figure I've got a day or two to remedy before loss of clown. Thanks.

Any suggestions on the 6 types of foods? I have also been feeding the Mandarin mysis shrimp. You're right, it moves slowly and doesn't eat the shrimp all of the time. I've read that Mandarins eat copeopods...is this a good idea if I can find some to buy? As for the feather duster, phytoplankton? The clown looks better this morning, but I want to head off any other troubles....I feel like I'm already fighting an uphill battle with this strange mix of fish so any advice will be appreciated. Thanks.
