"side effects"

ok, so i started this new prescription a week ago, and it listed the following normal side affects: headache, nausea, dizziness, lethargia, and some others that i can't remember. I haven't experienced one... Not only for this prescription, but for every other prescription i've ever taken! Is that normal??? darvacets don't make me nauseous or tired, nyquil doesn't make me tired, benadryl doesn't make me tired... and so many more... I'm not complaining, it's actually quite nice. But i was wondering if anyone else is the same way... :notsure:

Actually some of those can give you an adverse affect. I can't take any type of "benadryls" I get way too jittery!
I think you're just lucky!

i did have one effect once... i'm allergic to penecillin and found that out the hard way...

I'm just the opposite... if I take anything other stronger than tylenol I sleep for 8 hours..

I've always found that if you take enough drugs in high enough dosages...
Pretty soon, you "don't care" what the side effects are....

well i'm the same way also i never get any sides from medications... especially pain killers they are almost useless for me to use because i have to take about 3 times the amount as most people would take in order for it to do what it's supposed to. my body is also immune to novacane i found that out the hard way wheni got a wisdom tooth pulled

i don't ever have sleep problems. I sleep for 8 hours a night every night...
I'm not allergic to poison ivy or mosquitos either... weird, huh?

hehehe, there was this one medicine i heard a commercial for once. It was for skin blotchiness. It said "take this to get rid of those unsightly blotches", but then it said "most common side effects were dizziness, nausea, headaches... prolonged use of this product will cause skin blotchiness"
i was like WTF???
Or how about those medicines where the side effects are worse than what you're being treated for??? "bladder control medicine - side effects: dizziness, nausea, lethargia, rash, severe sore throat, upper respitory infections, cancer, diabetes, glaucoma..." who wants to control their bladder that bad?
