sifting cucumber

Is a sand sifting cucumber a good thing to have in your tank? How good of a job does it really do keeping the sand clean?

Mine keeps my sand very clean. You have to have a large enough tank to support one though.

My atlantic cuke does and EXCELLENT job of keeping some of the sand bed clean... the problem is you need a few if you have a large tank, my cuke probley cleans a 5"x5" area of the sand bed in my 125
