Insides look like they are coming out through the mouth....Your ammonia spikes to 1 million zillion. shriveled up for days. Shriveling up is not a bad sign most of the time as this is how they expel waste and get new water into themselves.

Hmmmm, Well the mental picture I get off this doesn't look too good! But um if it is inflating itself that is a lean toward good
! Not too sure, can you post some pics? That would help.

The mouth would be your indicator here. If its mouth is securly closed and tight then its ok still. Prob getting ready to expel waste, however if its mouth is gaping open and has been for a while and is just flopping there then no there is an issue. Expelling its insides is another issue and would be IMO what you should look for next if its mouth is open. If its waste it will be a small clump of stuff that floats out. If its its insides then it will look like spagehetti comming out of it. Hope this helps.
